Yes, It's open.

I was there over labor day, it's a playgroung themed on the Hundred Acres Woods. I admit that I didn't check it out as I was by myself (46 years old/young depending on the day)

Looked like the little ones there were having fun though.

Thanks for sharing your pics! Do I see an area there that children are getting wet? (The ones with the child in a diaper)
