Pooh's Heffalump Ticket Problem

I am just wondering if this happened to anybody else. I got a letter from Disney Rewards that said-" ENCLOSED ARE 4 TICKETS TO POOH'S HEFFALUMP MOVIE" But there were no tickets in the envelope just the letter. I called and they are supposed to call me back. I don't know if they will be able to accomodate me though- because there are only so many seats.

Disney Rewards has made LOTS of mistakes in my dealings with them. This is the third problem I have had with them and I have had the card less than a year.

We received 4 adult tickets for the 12:00pm showing for the movie theatre in our letter. I imagine that most theatres would want a ticket, not just the letter.

Our tixs were enclosed...did the envelope look damaged in any way?

I know that some theatres print them up differently but can't figure out why they wouldn't be there. GL, hope they contact you soon!

I received my tickets today with a specified theater but it had no time associated with it. Does this mean I need to figure out the time of the first showing or can I go to any showing that day? Help. Thanks, Jodie

It was taped shut now that you mention it.

Anyway I feel compelled to update you all- Disney Rewards- although they couldn't give me tickets to that specific showing- made it up to me.

I also wanted to say- that even though they have made mistakes before they have worked with me to remedy the problem each time. I didn't want to just say- they have messed up so many times (see OP)- and just leave it at that- they did work with me each time.

My envelope had a large piece of tape too. But I did have tickets, too.

Are you still going to the movie? It is at the Mall in Columbia at 10:30 on Saturday.

i got three mailings from disney visa today but NONE of them contained my tickets
