Pontoon boat rentals at Yacht Club??

I read that there are "water mice, sailboats, pontoon boats, canopy boats, hydra-bikes or pedal boats" that you can rent at YC.

Has anyone ever done that?

We did an Illuminations cruise once -- but that, of course, came with a "skipper."

Do you know if you can drive a pontoon boat yourself -- and also where you are allowed to go?
