Pontoon Boat Rental: Bringing Food?

Wasn't sure where to ask this:

Could I rent a pontoon boat at the Grand Floridian and bring food to-go from Gasparilla Island Grill and have lunch on the lake?

The only real restrictions I'm aware of is you are not allowed to smoke on the boat, and in Florida it is a crime to operate a motor boat while intoxicated. No reason you can't bring food.

I believe someone else just did this and brought all their own food! Have fun!

We have always taken a snack, just be careful with popcorn as the birds swoop down for it!!! The boats are one of our favorite things to do at WDW. Have fun.

We just did this and food is fine, but no smoking or alcohol.
