Ponchos for toddlers

We are going in mid September and will have 2-18 month olds. I tend to like ponchos over rain coats b/c they are longer and therefore, cover more. However, I don't know that they make ponchos small enough. Can anyone provide experience, advice, links for 18 month old rain gear?

I’d try a durable children’s poncho, and trim it if necessary. My small four year old fit just fine in a children’s Disney poncho, no dragging.

For that young I would buy an inexpensive one from Target or Walmart and cut to size
