We would like to order this in room dining option when we are staying at Polynesian in November. However, two of us don't eat shrimp. Can you request extra meat and no shrimp for 2 of the 3 meals

I'm sure you could ask them. The worst they could say is "no" but I doubt they will.

we've done it twice, with no problems.

also, you may want to consider ordering less than the number of people dining - my husband and i ordered for 1 both times we've done this and had a ton of leftovers.
