Polynesian Tower points booking

Is Oct 5 the booking date for current owners who add on at the Tower? And Oct 15 for all PVB owners? Somehow I have Oct 5 in my calendar and I don’t plan to add on more PVB points.

I believe October 15 is the booking date for add on and existing PVB owners. Not heard anything about October 5

Everyone who wants to book the tower with PVB points will need to call to book.

The online system will not have rooms for the tower until booking opens for all.

I called at 0900 on the dot and it told me estimated 2 hour wait.

I got in the hold queue right at 8 AM CST . It is telling me I am in a two hour wait. Good luck

Archaic that these bookings for poly owners couldn’t have been done online. Silly process prevented me from accessing this benefit today during my work day.

Tower booking opens to all DVC members on Nov19th, not the 5th.

FYI - you can book Poly tower via chat as well as phone. I did this yesterday at 10AM ET. The queue was about 40 people and I waited for about 35 minutes to chat with a cast member who booked a 2 bedroom for me. This was a lot better than waiting on hold or not getting thru on the phone and I could actually get work done at the same time.

Also FYI- Poly owners can only use Poly points, even if less than 7 months out. This cost me the booking I really wanted while they were figuring out how to move points around.

It won’t show up online until booking opens for all owners since the current 7 month window doesn’t yet apply.
