Polynesian to the parks... ETA?

Can anyone answer a couple questions for me in regards to transportation to the Polynesian

How long are the following rides?

(1) Monorail from Poly to Magic Kingdom?

(2) Monorail from Poly to Epcot?

(3) Bus from Poly to Hollywood Studios?

(4) Bus from Poly to Animal Kingdom?


How often are there buses to and from

(5) Poly to Animal Kingdom?

(6) Poly to Hollywood Studios?

We are trying to figure out timing and such for afternoon breaks as well as travel time to the parks for rope drop

Poly to MK is probably about 5 minutes. You'll stop at the GF on your way.

Poly to Epcot will require a walk to the TTC and a hop on the Epcot line. That's probably about a 10 minute ride.

Buses are about 20 minutes to other parks. Assuming no wait and no traffic issues. They estimate buses run every 20 minutes or so but I've seen many come much sooner than that.

At the Poly you also have the resort launch to MK which is 5 minutes from leaving the dock.

The Epcot monorail takes almost exactly 6 minutes from pulling out of the station. The walk to the TTC is 5-7 minutes depending on where you are in the Poly and there can be an up to 6 minute wait for the train if one isn't in the station. So, plan on 17-20 minute travel time.

Google "Disney transportation wizard" for a great tool to check these kinds of time averages. Be aware, too, that anything can unexpectedly be interrupted/slow/out of service. Yes, it might be 5 minutes on the moving monorail, but you should still allow an hour door to door to make ADRs, FP, etc!
