Polynesian to Epcot

Could somebody tell me if the monorail runs from the Polynesian to Epcot?

Yes, but you will need to transfer from the resort monorail to the Epcot monorail at the Ticket and Transportation Center, TTC. You take the resort monorail from the Poly all the way around to the TTC, stopping at the GF, MK, the CR, and then the TTC.

Or you could walk from the Poly to the TTC.

What above said. Take the 5-10min walk to TTC then board the Epcot Monorail
