Hi

Can anyone help me please? Firstly our wedding is 22/3/07 at the polynesian resort and I would like to hear firsthand from anyone who has had their intimate wedding at this location.
Secondly, we are both staying at Port Orleans French quarter, we have not booked a seperate room for the night before the wedding (keeping with tradition maybe) just if anyone has any thought or ideas on the subject I would really appreciate it.....

Congrats Catherine! I can't say anything about a Poly wedding, although we did view one during our honeymoon. It looked wonderful. They only do those certain times a year so you will want to make sure that your timeframe matches with the open site times.

On the staying together/ staying apart. I think that that is up to every couple. Our families are pretty traditional, and in some way so are we, so we decided we would spend the few nights before the wedding apart. Although part of this was my selfishness b/c the night before the wedding I wanted to hang out with the girls esp since we had a 5am start the next day. To show that we are untraditional in some ways, we saw each other before the wedding. Leif actually arrived early and saw me getting my makeup on! I think you should go with whatever makes you the most comfortable!

I finally decided what I would do so that Ken wouldn't see me getting ready for the wedding. We are going on the cheap, staying at the All Star Movies, so that we can stay longer. So, on the night before the wedding, I have rented a second room. He is going to stay there, so that he won't see me until the wedding.

It is just me and my fiance going down to Disney getting married. we can't really afford to get another room for the night before the wedding and we are ok seeing each other the morning of the ceremony. he just has to leave the room before i start getting ready. he will get in his tux and head down to the lobby to wait for the limo. he'll have a little while to wait, but i'm worth it

Our wedding ceremony took place at Sunset Pointe a month ago. The location is absolutely beautiful and we had the most perfect day. We were absolutely thrilled with the location.
