Large number of Poly resales listed. Asking top dollar though.

I'm currently seeing 72 listings, which seems close to normal for Poly. The number of listings has definitely continued to climb since I originally started this post.

Listed pricing is $170-$225 which is about $30 higher than the recent range.

Lava pool was always slammed during our week stay in August last year, so we did a lot more at the Oasis pool. Earlier this month, the Lava pool crowds never seemed that bad from what I could tell and the Oasis pool crowds seemed a bit higher this year. I did overhear one guest admit that despite having been to the Poly five times previously, he just found out about the Oasis pool during his current stay.

We should start a pact right here to agree to call the Oasis pool the DVC only pool in public while visiting the Poly.

My wife will probably divorce me if I buy another contract on the short term, but I would love to snipe a poly contract early 2025.

What's the cheapest you can buy direct for PVB with MB and promotions and all that? Seems like the current gap between direct and resale is very small.

I talked to a guide the other day (not sure he was the most knowledgeable/experienced) who said they do not know where the pricing will be yet and still have no date for sales to start. Based on discussion here on the boards it seems like people expect the PIT (yes, that’s what I’m calling it) to start somewhere between $235-$250 per point base - and then whatever current incentives are at the point.

They have not added any units for sale into the association docs so until that happens there will be no sales and no pricing.
