Polynesian Question

Are there french fries at Capt. Cook at the Polynesian? I have no idea what Polynesian chips are.

no there are not. Polynesian chips are like terra potato chips. Different types of veggies and potato chips.
Other sides include asian slaw, grapes or jello for the kids

The chips are crisp and kind of remind me of tortilla chips, but with different flavors. They're really yummy. I actually make a special trip to Capt. Cook's each vacation to get one of their sandwiches with some of those yummy chips, and now that they have Dole Whips for dessert... well, extra YUM!

Captin Cooks does have french fries which can be ordered on the side and that's something I did while eating there when my family and I stayed there in December 2007.
