Polynesian Personal Itinerary?

I received from the Poly a Personal Itinerary from them to plan dining, etc. I thought this was only sent out to concierge room guests? I have a gardenview room, not concierge. Maybe someone is surprising me, yeah? LOL!
 
According to the concierge staff, there's a glitch in their computer system. We are staying in concierge level and I emailed them after I got the 3rd vacation planner.
 
Personal Vacation Itineraries are only mailed out to the Concierge level guests and guests on packages that receive itinerary planning. They can also only mail to guests that they have an address for. Some reservations come to them with no address or telephone number. These are usually booked by a wholesaler and sometimes by the Walt Disney Travel Company. Why no
address? Sometimes it is because the travel agent won't give the guests address so all the confirmation slips can be mailed to them directly. This usually helps the travel agent keep track of the reservation booking so they can make sure it was booked properly and the travel agent can then make an itinerary for their client. Sometimes it is the computer system the reservations are booked in that doesn't completely interface with the Polynesian’s system at the resort level. For whatever reason, they do miss some of their guests on mail outs and also on trying to call them prior to arrival if they do not have their information.
