Polynesian Oasis Pool

Hi All, I see that there are a few orange "cabana" type structures at the Oasis pool. Do you have to rent these areas out or are they first come first serve? thanks!

I believe that they are currently on a first-come, first-served, basis - but I would expect that to change.

They are just covered areas with seating under them. Not cabanas and they will not be for rental.

I posted a couple years ago a copy of the construction schedule from the construction company and it had them listed as going in towards the completion of the Lava pool so they were in the plan but something obviously changed that plan. Probably cost but that is a guess. The structures at the Oasis pool looked like they were going to be good places for cabanas but that did not happen and no one has mentioned them ever coming back but maybe some year they will change their mind.

That's nice. They need more shaded areas. At the very least more umbrellas.

I was told they are considering making those areas of the Oasis pool cabanas for rent but at this point they are up for grabs. I know they ran electrical to those areas but I would think they would add more amenities to them before renting them out, similar to the cabanas they use to have at the Nanea Pool.
