Just FYI. I don’t know if it was ever reported why the church services were stopped at the Polynesian. The decision was not from the Polynesian staff but the local church did not have the staff to send over anymore.

In other Polynesian news the Luau will be down for rehab and show updating from January 7th to February 28th 2003.

Rumors of another longhouse being built are not true.

We have ressies for the luau this December, but are considering cancelling and waiting until next summer to go. Would you recommend this since they are updating the show? Thanks for the info!

There is only a railing on the second floor of Fiji. Many people see the pictures and think it looks like a balcony but there is only a balcony on the 3rd floor and a patio on the 1st.

I think the old show was good but if I had to choose between the old and seeing the new Luau I think I would wait for the new just to see what it is like.
