Polynesian incentives.

does anyone know if there is any incentives for Polynesian for current members? My Disney rep is off through Sunday and don’t want to talk to Another Disney rep.

The DVC website shows that they still have offerings on those two.

The add-on tool for me shows no offer banners on any sold out resorts. It did earlier in the week.

PVB had a bare bones incentive for 150+ points in the Spring.

However, it expired at the end of May. Depending on the rep, you might can still get it.

I called my DVC rep yesterday for BLT and the current price is the regular $245/point. No discount/offers there.

If buying direct I would wait for the new tower, if buying resale I would likely buy now.

Just my take incentives will go up and price go down for Poly likely by the time it goes on sale.

I think if someone wants to be able to have access to the Poly tower, they may want to wait until more info is known. We don't know which way it is going to go and even Poly resale could be locked out of it.

Question? going on the scenario that new poly tower is new association and current poly resale can’t stay there. We bought 230 pt riviera direct so we would qualify to stay at new poly tower if it has the restrictions?
also if it is new association would you have to own at the new tower to book at 11 month window?

The only points that will get 11 month advantage will be Poly tower points…again, assuming it is a new association, just like all resorts will be Poly tower points .

But, at least what you own already that was bought direct can be used there at 7 months. I

Until a decision is announced, resale points, all of them bought since 2019, could be restricted

It was $255 when it was a sold out resort when sales stopped last year and before it came back as new.
