They could be wrong, but they are usually accurate.
The add-on tool for me shows no offer banners on any sold out resorts. It did earlier in the week.
If buying direct I would wait for the new tower, if buying resale I would likely buy now.
Just my take incentives will go up and price go down for Poly likely by the time it goes on sale.

Question? going on the scenario that new poly tower is new association and current poly resale can’t stay there. We bought 230 pt riviera direct so we would qualify to stay at new poly tower if it has the restrictions?
also if it is new association would you have to own at the new tower to book at 11 month window?
