Our flight was changed to much earlier. What is the earliest anyone got their room ready for DVC?

We’ve had them ready around 9:30 AM on transfer day for a couple of split stays.

If you can afford it and availability is there, some owners book the night before, too, so the room is already ready for them. Disney won’t give your room away unless you’re a no show for two nights, but it’s a good idea to let MS know in advance.

Unfortunately, 3:30 post-pandemic.

Back in the day, you could get in much earlier.

Last time we stayed there (2022) we got there around 10am. Stopped by the desk, told them we will take any room that's ready. They gave us a card so we could use the pool, etc but while we were heading for the restrooms by the pool to change, we got the text we had a room. Maybe 1015.

Last February we got in arojnd 1:30 pm on a split stay.

We actually got ours at 10 am last trip. It depends on a lot of things like how busy they are, what size room, etc. The fact that the Poly only has studio's should help you though as they are easiest to clean and also if it is not busy there may be some ready first thing in the morning if they were not used the night before. I would make sure I have first available clicked in the ressie if you want the room early. Good Luck.

Generally it's 3-4pm nowadays - though it's a matter of luck too - I have had rooms ready when I arrived at noon within the past year and I've also had a room not ready until 5:30pm in the past year (though they did offer another room at 4pm when I checked in, I turned it down as it would have moved me to a different building/section than I wanted - so not all their fault on that one).
