Polynesian concierge room - Just called Disney

I was quoted 691 $ for a concierge room at the Poly and 592 $ same thing using my AAA card for a one night stay arriving on Sep 12th. What do you think? Should I wait for the special code rate to come out?

Is there a special code rate coming out for sure and would you receive it?

But regardless, if you got that AAA rate through WDW not AAA, I would go ahead and book it. You can always change later if a better rate comes out that you're eligible to book. I used to book our reservations with a AAA discount and then change if an AP rate came out for our dates.

This is what I am thinking
I have stayed at the poly 5 times, concierge at the Poly 2 times. The Poly is my favorite resort of all time But there is no way I would pay that kind of money for a concierge room. When we stayed concierge the Disney dining plan was not available. There are a lot of options out there, if you would like my advice Pm me and I would be more than happy to help you any way I can.

You can book it, and then cancel it later if you have to, but if you let it pass you by and decide you want it later, there may not be rooms left, and then you will be sad. I think you have quite a few days to cancel so that you don't have to pay fees.

Maybe, maybe not. To me knowing I can just send a single e-mail to the IPO office and get all of the ADR's booked as soon as they hit the booking window is worth it though

I'd book the AAA rate now. If another rate discount comes out you can always call to see if it can be applied.
