Hi All,

Has anyone here eaten the food in the Polynesian Concierge Service room? Is it any good? Is it a light meal, or just a snack?

Thanks,

I found concierge food at the Poly to be great (especially since we had a free upgrade!). For breakfast they put out cut up fresh fruit, whole fruit like bananas, a few different cereals, bagels and pastries, bread and english muffins, this amazing pineapple bread, assorted juice, coffee, tea, etc. They also had hot oatmeal. During the day they had snacks...cookies, goldfish, gummies plus self-serve drinks (soda, juice, water). There's a machine to make lattes, mochas, etc. Around 4 pm they put out beer and wine, veggie platter, cheese and hot appetizers, like wings, kona chowder. You could certainly make a light meal. Then later they put out desserts and cordials. I wish I was there now!

They call it light. Although if your like me you end up eating enough so that it normally ruins your suppers! The food was really good. They have different items every evening. They have a continental type breakfast in the mornings. And snacks and cookies in the afternoons. Juice, soda, water, milk all the time. And cocktails, desserts, cordials in the evenings. We do it every year and love it.
