I just booked poly concierge for march 2005. Other than the view what other benefits should I be looking for or taking advantage of?

And there's lots of answers at the Lizard Lounge.
Alot of us consider the Poly CL our "home resort".

The main thing you should take advantage of is the Itinerary Planning Office. If you want those hard-to-get cruises or breakfasts, dinners....let them know about 100 days in advance.

I just booked our January and May trips and have already emailed the IPOs with my requests.

As one of the Lizards who considers the Poly home, Hooray! You're going to love Poly concierge. BambiTamby gave great advice - Tikiman's site is great for fact-finding, and the "concierge bug/lizard loubge" thread is a great way to get a feel for what concierg CMs can do for you. Ask for their advice on dining, activities, etc. Let them make suggestions for you - DH & I thought we knew it all, but IPO has consistently given us ideas and suggested restaurants we wouldn't have chosen. They can also help you arrange surprises for your kids/spouse/travelling companions, and just generally make the planning less stressful.

Of course, once you're at the Poly you'll also have that great lounge in which to relax.
