Hi Poly. brides! I was just wondering how elaborate your wedding dress is going to be. I am going VERY simple, and my fiancee is going to be in a white on white Hawaiian print shirt and linen pants. I was wondering if anyone else was going simple...or if anyone was going very elaborate. Fill me in!
:)

I haven't decided yet but I know it's going to be simple as well. Guys are wearing suits not tuxes.

Hi Megan!!

Well, like I said in my intro post, my first wedding was wicked expensive so I was thinking of going a tad simple but not too too much. I still want my cinderella dress and horse and carriage like the first one but not so many people. I think I will still use Bonny Bridal or Maggie Sotterro. I know I want strapless or spaghetti straps but this time not as much weight. Dresses weigh a ton. I want to be able to move!!! So I guess I am going semi simple.

I haven't bought my dress yet but I'm leaning towards a strapless w/ a sweetheart neckline and ballgown w/ a sweep train. DF is wearing a tux. I'm thinking about dressing my ringbearer as tigger, but I haven't found one that is not fur, I don't want the little guy to over heat.

Tigger as the ringbearer? How cute! :)

My dress is also strapless....but I ordered it from J. Crew...now you can really see how casual it is!:) I still need to get it altered! I am only 5'0! :)

That will be cute!! My cat Jezebel was the ring bearer in my first wedding. If any of you have ever seen meet the parents, I have the same cat!! I love doing non-traditional things. Those things are the parts of us that make our wedding day truly ours. Great idea, and maybe you could search the net for a tigger costume. Better Yet, if yu have time I am sure a seamstress close to you could do it without the fur!! Good luck :thewave: :thewave: :thewave: :cloud9: :cloud9: :rockband: :mickeybar :drinking1 :rose: :dog: :cat:  :earboy2:

DD, what's up with all the smiley icons? Another annoying post! Jesus I didn't know they let the kids out of schools early today.

:badpc:
