Anyone know if the monorail is set to open when the resort opens in July?

They have not announced a date for the front entrance/monorail station reopening.

Re-building is moving along, but still in early stages, some recent pics below. Not sure how long a platform takes to build, but hopefully it will sometime around when the rest of the resort reopens this summer. TBD of course!

We stayed there a few weeks ago, the walkway to the Magic Kingdom is super convenient and a pleasant stroll in the morning. There were maybe 5 families/groups each morning and was nice to get multiple rides in before park officially opened. We went resort hopping one day and was super easy walk back from TTC as well since you all the dvc rooms are on that side. Kona food was great, I highly suggest the sticky wings. Pools were quite and not large crowds anytime we went by, so in my opinion it's a great time to hit up the resort.

I would say 20-30 minutes.

Hi. We have never walked from the poly to MK. I saw that the walk is approx 20 minutes. Is there signage along the way? How is the boat transportation to the MK. Is it running an hour prior to opening?

yes there are signs along the way, not sure about boat transportation as we honestly only took it on the way back from the park once.
