I have enjoyed every single one of my DVC stays, and every resort has strengths and weaknesses compared to the others in the portfolio. Of the ones I have visited (AKV-K, BCV, BLT, BRV, BWV, OKW, RIV, SSR) there hasn't been a dud in the bunch.

I have been happier any resort I’ve stayed at including grand Floridian, Polynesian, Boardwalk, beach club, Saratoga Springs and Riviera.

I switched from Polly to beach club for my weekend in May. Taking advantage of the pool closure since that’s probably the only time you’ll get a week in a studio if you don’t own BC. I like the small pool by the DVC, but I don’t like SAB. If pool is not your primary focus, there’s not a lot of difference between beach Club and Boardwalk. I’ve only stayed at beach club individual nights adding on or after a stay somewhere else. It’s my third choice between Boardwalk Beach club and Riviera.

Couldn’t agree more, we love each place we have stayed at for its own benefits. I was concerned about Saratoga but we also enjoyed our stay there. To me it’s one of the most fun parts, having so many different options with different experiences.
