Poly vs Grand Floridian for 2nights in September?

Thinking for 2night stay in Deluxe resort near MK. Can’t decide keep going back and forth between the two. Construction at Grand Floridian in the main lobby is putting me off. It’s for 3 adults for 2nights in September. I prefer the aesthetics in GF and they way each building has a little lobby. I do like the refurbed rooms at the poly but I prefer the design at the GF. Some rooms at poly don’t have a balcony which I would like. But we have a reservation at Ohana for one morning so staying at the poly might be handier.
You can see me debating between the two in the above.

We just stayed 5 nights at GF in July. We absolutely loved it! The room was so beautiful. While I would have preferred the construction wasn’t going on, it really wasn’t a problem. We had breakfast one day at Kona and it was super simple too. We had water view and loved the balcony, spent some time out there every day.
