Poly vs. GF DVC poll

So there is a rumor thread of bungalows on the water being built at the Poly circulating. Question: if its true, who is still buying GFV, and who is going to wait for Poly DVC?

I have no desire to buy VGF or even to stay there. I will take a 1 BR at BLT over GF in a second. However, if Poly DVC does happen, we will be adding on points there...even if it's only enough to add 1 or 2 nights to each trip!

We are currently in the process of buying a resale, because of course I got to impatient to wait for the poly But the agreement was to not spend more than $10k on a resale because if/when poly would become available we could fork out all that $$$$ to buy direct to make that our HOME! ( I am sure we can all agree that it will cost quite a penny!) To spend that much I could not justify buying at GFv since that is not where my heart is and I knew deep down that I would never be satisified Needless to say POLYNESIAN.... WE ARE COMING HOME! ALOHA!

Between the 2 - Poly.

But virtually zero chance we'll add on there. The direct point cost, reduced benefits if you sell so lesser value returned to original buyer and possible point creep is just too much.

My wife would pick Poly every day of the week, but I don't see how either will be better then the BLT.

The views and the ability to walk from your room to MK is amazing at the BLT.

I'm sooooo waiting for points at the Poly. As the comment by my user name states, that will be the end of adding on for us. The cost for 100 points by the time they are available scares me to death, though!

The Polynesian was always my favorite Disney resort and though the Grand Floridian is tempting, if I had to choose between the two, a DVC at the Polynesian wins on all levels.
