Poly Villas and AP rates

Has anyone been able to get an AP rate for the Poly studio villas? When I search AP rates for my dates, the Poly Villas come up in the results list and show an AP rate, but when I try to select it, I get a message that says "We cannot find the requested offer" or something to that effect. Before I call, I was just trying to get a feel for whether the rates are not available at all, or if it is a systems glitch (like the one that causes me to get a message saying they can't show rates at this time when I try to check a PIN code online for the past week...). I'm looking at early December.
