What are my options for getting from the Poly to the Wilderness Lodge, and about how long do they take? If we boat to the Magic Kingdom, there's a bus to WL, I'm guessing, but does it stop at other resorts, too? Thanks.

edited to add: I'd like to arrive at the main lobby entrance of the WL rather than the boat dock.

I stayed at the Wilderness Lodge a couple months ago, and your best bet is to take a boat to Magic Kingdom and another boat to WL. You can also take a bus and that bus won't stop at any other Resorts. Just keep in mind that there may be a wait for another boat or bus. You can also get on the monorail to the Poly from MK after you take the boat over from WL! :)

Polynesian momorail or boat to MK walk to CR boat to WL
Polynesian monorail to CR then boat
Polynesian motor launch ( no delays for wheel ramps so if you have wheelchairs or ECV in your party this is not an option) to MK then boat to WL

ONLY way to land at the main lobby is the land route by bus or taxi. The main lobby is not that far from the WL boat landing. I find your preference curious.

Bus from MK probably stops at FW as well. What time of day are you looking at? Not sure how early/often the MK buses go back to WL in the a.m. so if you're trying to get there for breakfast the boats will likely be a lot faster as they are constantly making the loop between MK resorts and MK, as well as MK/WL/FW

Any way you go, I'd allow an hour to get there and be pleasantly surprised if it takes less time.

BTW, the WL bus stop is not by the main lobby, it's down a ways between VWL and WL. Walk from boat dock is only slightly longer as I recall. If you truly want to arrive at the lobby, car or taxi are the only options I believe.

Maybe for the 'WOW' factor of walking into the WL lobby from the main entrance?

There is a bus from the MK to WL, which does not stop at other resorts.

You can take a boat or the Resort Monorail from Poly to MK, but the boats do not start until 30 minutes before MK opening. The Resort Monorail starts at 7 a.m., regardless of when MK opens.

In the morning, buses from MK to WL will have "DHWL" on the marquee (destination sign.) That means they are going to WL to pick up Guests for another park, but the driver will be happy to drop you at WL.

At the WL bus depot, there is a breezeway that leads into the lobby thru a side door. If you want to enter thru the main doors, just follow the pathway thru the garden around to the porte-cochère. If you want to approach full on from the front, take the path to the parking lot instead.

I think the Resort Monorails run about every 10 minutes in the early morning. The trip to MK should be about 10 minutes. It will take a few minutes to walk from the monorail station to the MK bus depot; perhaps 5 minutes. Wait time for the bus should be no more than 20 minutes, and the actual bus ride is only about 5 minutes.

Or, as someone said, you can take a taxi, which should take 5-10 minutes.
