Poly to PSB - How much Time

We're arriving at the Poly on 11/20 (two weeks from tomorrow ) On 11/21 we have PS at the Princess Storybook Breakfast in Epcot at 8:40 a.m. I'm sure this has been answered before, but I lack the energy to search posts tonight. So, I know we need to walk from the Poly to the TTC to get to the Epcot Monorail. My question is, figuring in monorail time, plus walking time back through World Showcase once we get to Epcot, what time must we leave the Poly in order to make it to our PS in Norway 10 minutes early like they suggest? I believe I've read that the resort monorails start early, but what about the Epcot monorail? Or, would it be best for us to call a cab?

I'd allow about an hour for the trip.

The monorail ride is about 20 minutes and you'll need about 15 to walk to Norway. Not sure how long it takes to walk from your room to the TTC or how long you may need to wait to board the EPCOT monorail, but I think an hour (or an hour and 15 minutes to be very safe) should do it.

Hate to be a pain, but will the Epcot monorail will be operating at 7:30 or so? Anybody?
