I would suggest asking while you are there - and maybe asking again to get the most accurate information. We had a 8:10 PPO reservation at Epcot on 4/3 and were staying at Bay Lake. The transportation guides stated that the monorail - resort, express, epcot would not be running until 9 am that day (it was a Monday). So we waited and waited at the bus stop - arriving at the bus stop at 7:15. Note: there was not a time for an epcot bus on the screen but we did not think anything of it because it never seemed to work until a bus for any park was pulling in the gate. We finally had a CM arrive and he told us to use the monorail. He did look at the printed transportation information and confirmed that I was reading it correctly - 9am start but it was not accurate. We still made our reservation so no harm done (just a few minutes of frustration).
Side note: I have been to WDW many times and stayed at multiple resorts on property. The transportation was the absolute worst this time. Waits for buses were long. The resort monorail broke down every day. The boats were great and so was the walk to the MK though!
