Poly to Pop to Epcot during marathon

We are starying at Shades of Green and checking out on the 27th. SOG is having everyone park at the Poly on the 26th and 27th. We will be moving to pop century on the 27th. We we will be on the deluxe dining plan at Pop, so we need to get our room keys early for a 8:05 breakfast at Akershus. Is it possible to drive to Pop from Poly during the Marathon? And is is possible to drive from Pop to Epcot during the Marathon? We have TIW, so we could Valet park and eat at Cape May if that would be easier.

There will be some roads open to get in and out of the MK resort/park area. But be prepared for traffic. I don't know which roads will be open, I'm just going off my experience of running the marathon and seeing the traffic while running by it.
