Poly to MK for early ADR?

I was not going to do any ADR's this trip but saw this one open up and could not pass it up. We are staying at Shades of Green and plan on using Poly transportation a lot of them time. What is the best way to get to MK by 7:30? Is the monorail up and running by 7:30?

The resort monorail starts running at 7:00.

I'd get to the monorail station by 6:50. Then if it's one of those mornings when the monorail is opening late, you'll have a little extra time to relocate to the bus stop for the bus that will be running in its stead.
