Poly room suggestions for volcano pool or water view

Can anyone suggest a particular building or room where I can be near the volcano pool and/or get a water view at the Poly?

I also want a room on the third floor as I remember those are the ones with the balconies.

I don't know when you are arriving at the Polynesian, but there are many renovations taking place right now and not all buildings are availalbe. The best location for water view and proximity to the volcano pool is Hawaii, which is concierge. Otherwise, standard water view rooms are Aotearoa, Tuvalu and Tahiti ... none of which are directly adjacent to the volcano pool. You might want to check Tikiman's website to see a map and the various building locations - www.tikiman2001.homestead.com

This would be faster than trying to describe all of them in this post.

We stayed at the Samoa in7/05. Had a ground floor, pool view room to the volcano pool. The pool was within 50 feet of our room. Our kids loved it.

fortizsyr is correct about Samoa beind directly adjacent to the Volcano pool. I think I misread the original post ... I thought the OP wanted a LV room that is also next to the volcano pool.

If you are looking only to be near the volcano pool, then Samoa is definitely your best bet. The only building near the volcano pool that also has LV rooms is Hawaii.

Samoa, volcano pool, third floor by the elevator closest to the GCH, that's where we were, saw the pool, obstructed view of the water.
