Poly Room Questions

Help. We are arriving at the Poly on Friday -- have a lagoon view room. Need advice on the best rooms (block of rooms?) to request in advance. MUST be non smoking and would prefer a balcony. We'd probably like to be closer to the Great Ceremonial House too. We don't ask for a lot, do we?

Also, how do you make the request? email? fax? both? And which fax number do you use? or which email address.

Thanks in advance. Our little family of three is in HUGE need of some Disney magic right about now. (and praying to the cold gods that my 4-year-old daughters cough goes bye bye soon).

Lagoon view rooms usually are not close to the GCH. Most everyone agrees that Tahiti has the best lagoon views, but it is the farthest from the GCH. That being said, it's about 5 minutes from the GCH which is minor in my opinion. Other lagoon view rooms are scattered in Aotearoa, Tuvalu and Tokelau. Be aware that some of these are obstructed by trees or foliage. If it's important to you, ask for an unobstructed view.

You can only fax in as they don't have a general e-mail for this stuff and the room assignors generally don't have time to talk with you on the phone.
