Poly Room Charges credit card holds

When we stayed in 2010, I know we provided a credit card at checkin at the Poly but it wasn't charged or even pre authorized. Prior to hitting 1500 in charges, I was able to go pay in cash. I want to know if this is still the case? We are there for a few days ten off to a Disney cruise so it would e a bit of a problem if I paid them in cash and they also held the funds because they wouldn't be released in time. If so, I guess I would leave them on my card.

They do not hold any funds. Your card is not charged until you either reach the preset limit or check out (which ever comes first). If you want to pay with cash, you really must do so the night before you are due to check out, since the bills are all run that night (so that they are ready for you in the morning).

Anything charged after that bill has been paid (ie: if you charge your breakfast to your KTTW on your check out day) will be charged to your cc.
