Poly reservations showing up as cash reservations

I have a few upcoming reservations at Poly. This morning, I went to modify one and noticed that it was showing up as a cash reservation. I looked at another Poly reservation and saw the same. Then, I looked at reservations I had at other resorts and they were fine. All of my reservations were booked with points! Hopefully, it will resolve itself soon!

My guess would be it's a glitch in the system (Disney seems to have those a lot). But they are usually resolved pretty quickly. I would just check later or tomorrow and hopefully things will be back to normal!

Personally I would call MS just to make sure.

I’m working with Member Services now. I’m almost afraid that contacting them may cause more problems!
