Poly refurbishment

Hey folks, I may be buying a PVB contract and heard about the big refurbish. I hope it will add value and make the place even better but I want to know, will this refurb be a cost to owners in Maintenance Fees or will it not be since as I understand it (and perhaps I am wrong) it is a refurb of the hotel rather than the DVC part?

The Refurb is only happening on the hotel side.

Theoretically, Poly DVC rooms should have a soft goods refresh in 2022. That, at least, was the plan pre-covid.
