Poly Refillable Mug - Coffee?

Sorry sorry! Never did the refillable mug thing. Was just wondering how the coffee is at Capt Cook's? Is it worth it, or will we just end up forking over the big bucks for the better Kona coffee?

What else can you get besides soda? We are not big soda drinkers but we do drink coffee and tea.

Besides coffee, you can refill your mug with hot or ice tea and hot chocolate. Minute Maid lemonade is still offered I think. Or it could now be that lite lemonade?

Coffee is such an individual taste. I'm mostly a tea drinker anyway but here goes. For me, Starbucks is just too strong although I do like the Kona Blend at Kona Cafe (they also have Kona offered in a press pot...not a blend). Years ago, I loved the coffee at CC. In recent years it has not been very good. I haven't tried it at CC for a year or so....tea instead...but it may be better now. I noticed that the Marketplace at BC now offers fresh brewed coffee so maybe the coffee situation in the self serve spots is improving.

But why not buy an individual cup of coffee first and then judge from there unless you think you will get your moneys worth through other beverages?

It does make a nice souvenir though!

I personally like the coffee at CC but I'm an instant coffee drinker (I know most people say how can you drink that stuff) so I am not the best judge, but that's a good suggestion to try a cup before you buy the mug. You can always buy the Kona coffee and make it in your room if you don't like CC's coffee.

Ah, I forgot that the rooms are supposed to have coffee makers in them. I will probably bring my tea bags with me and then buy some coffee at Kona for the coffee pots.

Does anyone know what kinds of filters these coffee pots use so that I can pack some to bring? or does the Poly supply you with them?
