Poly rates in August

We're planning a trip in August, probably staying at the Dolphin, but would love to stay a few nightrs at the Poly if it wasn't double+ what I'd be paying at Dolphin ($129.) . What rates have people gotten in the past in late August with codes, AP's, whatever?

We chose the GF last year but I think the rate I was quoted for the Poly was $189 + tax. In 2001 we were quoted $169 + tax. The codes this year seem to be better for most resorts & higher for others (eg. GF) but my guess would be that you would probably be able to get it somewhere in that range this year...but I don't have a crystal ball .

Hope this helps a bit. Maybe someone who knows more will post as well.

In August of 2001 & 2002, we paid approx. $230.00 / night (including tax) for a garden view concierge room. 2001 was via a code, 2002 was via AP rate.

Hoping for the same this year!
