Poly Price per Point

Anyone have any idea what the price per point might be when Poly DVC goes live?

Also, what might the point structure look like...for studios, 1BR, 2BR bungalows....??

Finally, are the bungalows dedicated 2BR or studio/1br lockoffs? (Praying for latter)

VGF will soon rise to $165 per point. Started at $145 a year ago. $165 is the absolute lowest you should expect. $175 or higher is probably more realistic...unless they decide to be generous and give current members a price break for a few weeks.

Nope. Only DVC knows. Anything you read is purely speculation.

They are almost certainly dedicated 2BR (or some comparable configuration which accommodates approx 8-12 guests.) There is no obvious second entrance which could be used to enter a locked-off Studio. Everything about them suggests each bungalow is designed to host a single party.

As noted, there will be a price increase in June, I suspect we will see another one before Poly actually goes on sale and Poly will start at a little less than VGF is selling for at the time. My guess is that the Poly points per night will be very similar to VGF except that the bungalows on the lake will be higher. Unknown what those on the lake will be but possibly 2BR lock-offs and maybe some three bedroom units.

The trend is to increase the number of points per stay at the newest resorts. I'd expect a shocking point cost for the beach bungalows. Something like being priced more than a VGF GV even if they are smaller.
