Hi.
It will be my mom and I at the Poly Villas (Moorea) beginning next week.
It looks like there are two pools and we are closest to the Oasis Pool.
Is that correct?
Is one pool better than the other? It will just be the two of us (71 and 50) so something
relaxing will be better than pool games. Not sure which pool is the largest and more active.
Is the less active pool still nice?

Thank you.

Correct, you will be closest to the Oasis pool. This is the "quiet" pool, it is also a salt water pool. The other pool has a slide and is generally much crazier there as the kids like the slide. For a quiet relaxing pool day, head to the Oasis pool. Have a great trip.

Oasis pool is closest to you. This will definitely be the calmest pool. The other one has the slide, loud music, and the kids large splash play area.

I loved the oasis pool. So did my kids, so it probably won't be kid-free, but it will certainly be nice. They have a nice hot tub area and the oasis bar has good food (and drinks).

Thank you both! I don't mind kids (I have two myself) but leaving my dh and my dd-23 and ds-19 at home for school so
looking to relax not be in chaos LOL

Oasis pool it is. Thanks!

Oasis also has an excellent bar.

FWIW, kids who want to play in the pool often like Oasis, but it's a lot smaller deck and less chaotic. When I say play, I mean "pool football," or "dive for squid" stuff. Pool frisbee. My son made a pal and they played pool football daily. Little kids like the bubble jets.

Salt pools aren't salt water, you shouldn't taste salt. They use a different method to disinfect pulling chlorine from salt.
