Poly pics thread

Hi all,

My family and I are going to stay at the Poly in Nov. My wife has set the entire trip up. I am a huge customer service freak. Can anyone tell me how the customer service was at this resort.

Rooms were they clean?

guest services good or bad please rate from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best
(we stayed and the contemp and it was dirty)

places to eat food choices for kids ages 7-5 at the Poly

check in and check out easy or fustrating

maid service any issues

over all staff attitude

any reccomendations as to what we need to see at the poly we have been to WDW before 3 times this will be our first stay at the Poly.


Thanks for all that respond I do not like unhappy surprises
