Poly or GF - Help me please!!

We have stayed at both. Last year while at the GF and walking the grounds dh and I agreed that the Poly was our favorite! There is something about the grounds and view of the castle from the pool. While the restaurants are great at GF, that's the nice thing about the monorail resorts - just hop on and go to a different restaurant. Have a magical stay!

Thank you all for your opinions. I do love the look & feel of both resorts which is why my decision was so hard but I have booked the POLY!!!!

It's hard to go wrong with those two choices! I think you'll love your time at the Polynesian.

They both have wonderful transportation options, and it comes down to which atmosphere/style appeals to you most. The GF is more Victorian and fancy, with the better high end dining options. The Polynesian is more tiki torches and relaxed.

Some of my favorite WDW resort memories are of wandering through the tropically landscaped walkways of the Polynesian at night, with the island music softly emanating from everywhere and the tiki torches flickering and lighting the way "home" after a long, fun day.

Hi! We are staying at the Poly from 3/21-3/29, and was wondering how the GF is only $30 more? Is that because we got the 4/3 deal and the GF doesn't offer that deal?
