Poly or Beach Club??

Splitting a stay between the CR and another resort - we have 9 nights - DDs are 11 and 16, and me and DH. Which would you pick and why?

Going on the ages of your children I would pick the Beach Club for three reasons. Firstly at that age they would probably enjoy MGM and Epcot more than MK and you can walk to both these parks in about 10 minutes from the BC. Secondly they would probably enjoy the boardwalk area, it is great to wonder around on an evening. Lastly the pool at the BC, Stormalong bay is the best on site and I'm sure they would love that. I'm sure you and your DH would love the resort for all these reasons too.

Since you are staying at the CR already - I would have to agree - the Beach Club would be a better choice for your second resort.

You'll already have done a monorail resort - so while you are there, you can concentrate on the MK, and go to the Poly for dinner!

When you move to the Beach Club - you can concentrate on MGM and Epcot, without having to deal with the bus to/from MGM. There is more nightlife in these areas for your preteen/teen, and the pool is supposed to be awesome (haven't stayed there yet - just CR, Poly, AKL, and AS Mu).

Either way, they are both wonderful resorts - so have a great trip!

Being that you are already staying at a MK resort(CR), I would definitely stay at BC. It is a lovely resort...and the pool is amazing! Also, the proximity to Epcot, MGM and many restaurants can't be beat!

And I DO LOVE the POLY! But, for the same reasons given above, it gives you some time in another area of WDW and close proximity to EPCOT and MGM.

Definitely Beach Club!

We love the Epcot resort area, there is just so much to do with the Boardwalk being close by, and having Epcot close enough that you can walk there. MGM is also within walking distance, but is a little farther than Epcot.
