Poly or Beach Club?

Contracts under 100 points are gone quickly, and typically at a premium price. If you have your heart set on 75 points at 2 resorts, you'll have to stalk the resale sites and be ready to put in an offer as soon as listing appears, or you'll have to buy direct.

Have you also considered Bay Lake Tower? Also on the monorail, has studios (standard, lake, and theme park view), 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and grand villas. Walking path to the MK. Expiration is 2060 (versus Poly 2066 and BCV 2042).

Maintenance fees are lower than Poly ($5.92 versus $6.20 per point).

Points go further there than Poly, as well:
Poly studio Magic season: 169 points (standard) or 199 points (lake view)
BLT same period: 139 points (standard), 153 points (lake view), or 183 points (theme park view).

In any case, 100 points is likely to be your "starter" purchase. After a short while, you'll get "addonitis" and add another block of points to stay longer or in larger accommodations.
I hadn’t actually thought of BLT. We have never stayed or looked around the resort. Just kinda went through Contemporary via the monorail. We actually just YouTubed the studio & 1 beds and we really like the 1 beds more then BCV. Granted it’s just 2 of us but the 1 bed at BLT looks awesome. My fiancé even said next time we go he definitely wants to stay there since you can walk to MK. It’s both our favorite park. I guess I just didn’t pay that much attention to BLT before. Maybe we’ll check it out in Nov. Do you know how much direct pricing is for t BLT? Just curious if worth it for the possible perks that I know come and go.
