Poly Mug Refill Question

Can someone tell me if there is a place to refill our Poly mugs on our own without having to wait in line to hand it to someone? (like we had to do at the BC?) Thank you for any responses!

Yes there is. Captain Cooks is the food area and you fill up all your drinks on your own. You do not have let anyone fill them up for you.
