I was just looking at some pictures of the MK view and frankly it looks awful for the price! We could get GV concierge for roughly the same price, but I just don't know if it is worth it. Can anybody post their pictures of MK view?

Also, are the rooms 476 or 415 sq. feet in Hawaii?

Basically the MK views from the Poly only allow you to see the tops of the castle and Space Mountain. If you really want an in your face view, the Contemporary is the only way to go. That said, the Poly MK views also look out on the beautiful 7 Seas Lagoon and have a dead-on view of Wishes. Also, if you get an MK view room in Tahiti, you get the bigger rooms.

With the GV Concierge, you lose the beach view and the larger room, but you get a nice view of the quiet pool and the pathways leading up to the Hawaii building. Hawaii also has a more central location in the resort. You also gain access to the lounge with IPO services and free continental breakfast (which is a really nice perk) and snacks and beverages throughout the day. The other nice thing about the lounge is you can go there and have probably the best view available at the Poly with its two story floor to celing windows. They also pipe in the soundtrack for Wishes. The lagoon view might not be right outside your room, but it is close and for the same price you get some other nice perks too.

I would vote for the GV concierge...I do not think any of the MK views at the Poly are anything to get thrilled about, although there are some rather rabid Poly fans on this board that would disagree. The GV rooms in Hawaii have very nice lush garden views, you get to use the lounge whenever you want and the lounge has a nice MK view at fireworks time....although sitting on the beach is more fun IMHO.

If it is a killer view you are after, go for the CR tower....now those MK views are to die for...and you can watch the fireworks on your balcony every night. The rooms are larger than the Poly and have also recently been redone, plus the monorail access is a lot easier.

Go with GV Concierge....I agree with the above post....CR tower for THE MK view! Besides, with Poly concierge..you can sit in the Hawaii building and see the castle.

We are doing the MK view and it does seem far off. I look forward to the CR MK view someday. For our family, we don't see the value with concierge. It's nice, don't get me wrong, but for the money we opt for view if we have to pick. Good Luck deciding! And have a magical trip!!

I would go for the gv concierge. We just were there in June and we had a gv concierge room we were on the third floor with a balcony and we never regretted once not having the mk view. You can go to the lounge to see the fireworks or go on the beach in front of the building.

If I had to choose between GV concierge and MK view in a non-concierge building, I'd take the GV concierge because, while I LOVE the lagoon/MK view from the Hawaii building, I like the location of the building itself and the concierge amenities a bit more. :)

I'd agree and go with GV Concierge. You can always go to the lounge or walk around the Hawaii building to the beach and get a view of the castle, Wishes, etc.

If you have decided to switch you should call them and try to do so :)
