Poly Lagoon View

I saw on tikimans website which building are considered lagoon view, my ? is of those of you who have booked lagoon view have you gotten a castle view?

I am going to ask another ? Has anyone stayed in Lagoon view in the Aotearoa longhouse, did you have a view of the castle???

As (I think) Tikimans website says, about 90% of the Lagoon View rooms have clear Magic Kingdom and Castle views.

We have been in ground floor Tahiti (x2) and it is WONDERFUL The beach is extremely private down this end, and there is no path between the longhouse and the beach. We had a *perfect* view of the castle and we could easily access the beach due to being 1st floor.

We stayed at the Poly last October and will be going back this Oct 5th-11th. On our 1st trip I was clueless about all of these informative WDW sites and just took our chances with whatever longhouse we were assigned to. The only thing we requested on our 1st stay was a view of Cinderella's castle, we had booked a lagoon view as well. Well...we were given a 1st floor room in Aotearoa (spelling??) and we LOVED it. Our kids were able to go out the patio door and take a short walk down to the beach. We were able to see the fireworks perfectly, and we thought the closeness to the GCH and volcano pool was perfect. We loved it so much that we are hoping to be assigned to it again! Have a great time....I can't wait!!!!
