Poly-IOA & Back

I reallyyy hope someone can help me with this!! Okay, here's the deal: We are staying at the Poly from July 25th-31st and are planning to visit IOA on the 30th, using the Mears transportation from our resort. I have a LOT of questions:

- Does anyone know the # I can call to set up the transportation there and back from IOA??

- How much does it cost per person?

- WHEN do you call in relation to the day you go?

- What TIME does IOA usually open/close? Or is there anywhere I can find park hours?

Also, we have a California Grill reservation at 9:30 that night. What time would we have to arrange to leave IOA if we want to get back to the Poly, change, and take the 2-stop monorail ride over to the Contemporary in order to check-in about 10 minutes EARLY for our ressie???

Sorry, can't help with mears. But, I did a mears airport thing years ago, and swore, never again. It was terrible. Be barely made our plane and they would not pick us up any eariler.

I would seriously check on a cab ride instead. You could price that out too. And give you a lot more flexiblity.

Okay, here are two sites for you. The first one is Mears. It will give you the number to call. You would call them the day before you want to head to US/IoA. They will ask you what time you want to go. They start out around 7:15ish. It takes about 35-40 mins to get to US/IoA, depending on how many stops need to be made. Then, you can either make your return reservation time at this time, or you can call Mears, from US/IoA a few hours before you're ready to leave...they will give you the time to be back at the bus area.
To be back at the Polynesian, getting ready for a 9:30 ADR at CR, I would suggest heading out of US/IoA by 7ish.
The cost is about $19 or so pp, r/t.
The second link I gave you is from Dreams Unlimited...owners of the DIS boards. It's a pretty good deal. Includes a one day, park to park pass as well as r/t transportation to US/IoA. You can buy it and then print out the confirmation letter to show your bus driver as well as at the park to get your passes. I've used it before and it's a great deal.

I've used Mears to get to US/IoA from WDW resorts several times and it has been very easy and pleasant. It is NOT the same as the old Mears shuttle from MCO to WDW resorts.
