Ohana is great, and is one of my favorite "casual" dinners. It's all you-can-eat served family-style, and includes steak, turkey, pork, and shrimp, as well as side dishes and desserts.
The kids participated in the Coconut races and danced.
The Wishes fireworks show can be viewed if you are near the windows facing the magic kingdom, and the music is piped in during the fireworks.
Word of advice if you are not staying on a monorail resort and have late ressies (after park closing time); try taking a cab back to your resort if you don't have a rental car (they're available out front of the Poly. After park closing; the only connecting way to get back via bus to non-monorail resort is to go through Downtown Disney and that can take forever.
